- Despite a cover date of December 1999 the issue was published in February 2000.
- This comic book was distributed in a poly-bag alongside a "print" of the variant cover of Unity 2000 #1. The actual comic book with the variant cover was only distributed by Dynamic Forces and limited to 2,000 copies that came with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
