The Willows, or Crossroads Resident Center, is an abandoned facility in Oklahoma City. It was once used as a boarding house for psiots who's abilities were considered useless by the Harbinger Foundation
Before the Harbinger Foundation made use of the building it had once been a home for unwed mothers to give up their unwanted children for adoption.
