Prometheans are highly advanced fifth-dimensional beings from Oblivi-1, a space station in the far future of the Valiant Universe. Prometheans can take the visual form of human beings, however, they may not act very clever in their disguise. Their purpose is to find and catch present day Neela Sethi because her method of (inventing) time travel is superior to others.

- According to Ivar Anni-Padda, the Prometheans are "fifth-dimensional, they can move through the fourth dimension along multiple axes as we do through the third."
