The character was first mentioned in Ninjak (Volume 3) #1 (March, 2015) and introduced in Ninja-K #1 (November, 2017).

A La Femme Nikita type. A troubled girl plucked from the streets who becomes a deadly and accomplished agent. She is the last one trained by the Jonin. Missing and presumed dead on a mission, she was the end of an era for the Ninja Programme.
